The smell of vanilla baking makes the heart of every sweet tooth beat faster. The presented recipe for vanilla pie is relatively simple, but requires thorough mixing of all dough components and sifting the flour. Otherwise, it is difficult to achieve a light porous structure of a fragrant pie with a creamy taste.

Milk can be replaced with whey. Incredibly, a fairly dense dough produces an airy cake of an amazing lemon color. It should be removed from the mold when completely cooled, and then sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with a dollop of whipped cream and pieces of fruit.

Ingredients

  • butter - 120 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 0.25 tsp.
  • wheat flour - 200–220 g
  • sugar - 170 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • milk - 120 ml
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Preparation

1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and baking powder. Mix with a whisk or spatula until evenly distributed.

2. Remove the butter from the refrigerator several hours before cooking - it should become soft. Transfer it to the prepared dough container. Mix with a spatula until smooth (you can use a kitchen mixer and beat the butter to the desired consistency).

3. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to the butter. Continue mixing with a spatula until smooth or use a mixer.

4. Add eggs one at a time. Stir well after each addition.

5. Combine the butter mixture with the flour mixture. Add a portion of flour and pour in some milk. Mix immediately until a homogeneous dough forms. Continue pouring the flour mixture and pouring the milk one at a time until you have added the desired ingredients. It turns out to be a rather thick dough.

  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 cups flour
  • 200 g butter or margarine

  • 150-200 g of any not very liquid jam or jam.

  3. Divide it into 2 unequal parts (1/3 and 2/3).
  4. Place a small portion in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Place most of the dough evenly onto the pan, greasing it with vegetable oil. Place jam on top of the dough and smooth it out with a spoon or spatula.
  6. Remove the remaining dough from the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater in an even layer over the jam.
  7. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!

The cake rises very well. This recipe always saves the day when there is nothing for tea. It's very quick and easy to prepare!

To make a simple pie you will need

  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of any jam
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda

  1. Connect all components. Quench the soda with vinegar. The dough should be a little thicker than for regular pancakes. Bake in the oven at 150°C.

  3. Mix all the ingredients with your hands, you will get flour crumbs. This will be the dough.
  4. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add egg yolks, sour cream to it and mix well.
  5. Beat the whites with sugar into a very thick foam. Combine the curd mass and whipped whites, mix gently.
  6. Place 2/3 of the dough into a greased baking dish. Place the curd-protein mixture on top, and cover the cottage cheese with the remaining crumbs.
  7. Bake the pie at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!

If you want something like that, you can make a delicious and aromatic banana pie.

  • 100 g margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g milk

  1. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork. Keep the butter at room temperature, and when it becomes soft, beat it with sugar with a mixer. Add banana pulp and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  2. Add vanilla sugar, milk and a pinch of salt. Stir.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, while beating the mixture with a whisk or mixer at minimum speed.
  4. The last ingredient should be flour combined with baking powder. Knead into a homogeneous dough.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. You can line a springform pan with parchment paper. Bake the pie at 180-190°C for 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit!

For the test

  • 200 flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 6 kiwi

For filling:

  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 75 g butter

  1. To prepare the dough you need to combine sugar, baking powder and flour. Add the egg, butter and milk and knead into a smooth dough. Place it in a round pan, first line the bottom of the pan with baking paper.

If you want to pamper your men, make them a delicious simple chicken and potato pie. It is prepared in a matter of minutes. In addition, this pie can safely be classified as an economical baked product. It is equally tasty both hot and cold.

To make a simple pie you will need

  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1 chicken thigh or 150 g fried mushrooms (can be combined)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 onions
  • spices
  • breadcrumbs

For the batter you will need:

  • 100 g mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. soda slaked with vinegar

  3. Prepare the batter by whisking eggs with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, adding baking soda, slaked vinegar, flour and mixing everything thoroughly.
  4. Pour the batter over the pie filling and smooth it out. If the batter is liquid, you will get a casserole; if it is thicker, you will get a pie.

This is a delicious and healthy pie!

You will need:

  • 2 stacks flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 stacks Sahara;
  • 2 stacks finely grated carrots;
  • 20 g vegetable oil;
  • 1 spoon of soda;
  • vanillin.

Easy Carrot Cake Recipe:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. In a separate deep bowl, mix the egg-sugar mixture with carrots, soda, flour and vanillin.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a deep baking dish, greased with oil.
  4. Cook the pie until done in about 45 minutes.

Tart with cheese and tomatoes

Here's another recipe for a delicious and quick pie!

You will need:

  • 2 puff pastries;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 125 ml cream;
  • 100 g ham;
  • 40 g Parmesan;
  • 1 spoon of oregano.

Preparing the tart:

  1. Both pieces of dough are combined into one, rolled out a little and laid out in a mold.
  2. The tomatoes are cut into cubes and the cheese is grated.
  3. Beat the eggs in a blender along with cream, a few tablespoons of cheese and oregano. Eggs are salted and peppered to taste.
  4. Place ham and tomatoes on the dough, pour the whipped mixture over everything and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. The mold is placed in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes until the crust is browned.

This is the type of baking that can be considered a classic of American cuisine; it can be baked quite quickly and without much hassle, even after a working or just a busy day. Something between a cupcake and a pie, which can also be prepared with children, who will get special pleasure from putting strawberries in the dough. This time, the strawberry pie was baked almost independently (I just supervised and measured out the ingredients) by my daughter, who learned to turn the planetary mixer on and off, as well as change attachments, before turning on cartoons on the computer. 40 grams of flour can be replaced with cocoa and then you will get a chocolate cupcake cake. And instead of vanilla extract, you can add cinnamon (it’s as good with strawberries as it is with apples).

Everything is so simple that there are no special preparation nuances, you just need to stir briefly after adding flour, as is the case with almost all muffins and biscuits, so that the baked goods are more tender.

I personally don’t have enough cream for these types of cakes and cupcakes. That’s why I serve these pastries with cream whipped with sugar and vanilla (aka Chantilly cream), if the cake has cooled. But it will go very well with a warm pie!

Pie size 18x30 (you can use a round tin 26 cm or 24 cm)

Ingredients

  • 100g butter, room temperature
  • 200 grams sugar (+ 2 tbsp for sprinkling)
  • 230 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract (or 8 grams vanilla sugar)
  • 500 grams strawberries, remove stems
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Besides:

  • 200 ml cream 30%
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 4 grams vanilla sugar
Cooking time: 1 hour

1) Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

2) Line a springform cake pan (round or rectangular) with parchment.

Grease the edges with a thin layer of butter.

3) Grind butter with sugar.

Add the egg, milk and vanilla extract while continuing to beat.

4) In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.

Constantly stirring the dough, gradually add flour, stir until completely mixed.

5) Transfer the dough into the prepared pan and place strawberries in random order. Generously sprinkle the surface of the pie with sugar.

6) Place the pan with the pie in the preheated oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes (depending on the oven), a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
